This event will offer a brief informational introduction to the Full Moon in Virgo's energy, trauma-informed journaling, a grounding meditation for balancing the Mystic and Practical Healer archetypes, gratitude practices, holistic routine building exercises, and practical tips for physical and energetic self-care.
Come with a journal and pen, a yoga mat or blanket, any favorite crystals or oils or any divination tools you may want to be comfortable (tarot cards can be helpful for challenging journal prompts).
