What to expect: The session is 1 to 1 and roughly 15-20 minutes give and take of dedication and service to your spirit to help you receive what you need at this given time on your journey and experience of life. Think of it like I'm the consenting postcard and postman for your message I don't decide or control who or what would like to send you your healing energy and guidance but I'm one strong envelope and protector of what wants to come through. I only welcome life force energy, unconditional love, spirits, ancestors, angels, deities that wish to work for both of our highest good and to help us become our highest selves.
What it can look like: Each experience is different, I never know what's going to happen but I do know it will always be for your highest good and for healing purposes, for you to access and help guide you towards the best life that you can experience in this life time. I will get shown things to communicate with you through however spirit decides. Sometimes it may feel like a guided mediation other times I receive guidance to perform healing touch if that resonates for the receiver. I will never do anything without your consent and this is a safe space to be seen as you are without judgement.
After care: Be open and kind to yourself and to your life afterwards, notice what comes up and any additional signs you receive over the next couple of days. You've dialed a direct line to life and signaled that you are open to guidance, help and healing so it's likely your body/higher self/guides/cheerleaders will want to continue helping you and communicating. Things may start shifting and surfacing over the next couple of days remember there are no bad emotions each is equally important, they all deserve acknowledgement. So listen, observe and give yourself grace. Respect what comes up and give it all space. Sometimes we think we were feeling one thing but it was masking another. I want to help you find truth and become your most wonderful, magical and fullest fantastical self. That's what the universe is calling for because you matter. Your joy matters. Your dreams matter. It's also okay if the session was enough for you to experience, these things can sometimes be intense and a little overwhelming. During and after. Vocalize your needs to the universe let it be known that you need time to process and settle and then when you're next ready to receive guidance just ask. Your team love you unconditionally and boundaries are important even in the spirit world. Your pace is the right pace and your team get that.

Caitlin's story with channeling: "I have always been told I have a healing touch even since I was a kid and there has always been an overwhelming amount of love in my soul that wants to be shared. I first had the calling to channel 2 years ago after watching someone help another person access light language on Instagram. I thought "I want to do that!" Universe said "Well if you insist"... A few months later after connecting with a Lemurian Quartz Crystal and Lightworker Starseed Oracle Deck I could feel my tongue wanting to move and sounds wanting to be said. I felt an activation happen and an overwhelming rush of emotion and life force energy pass through me. I went straight home and gave it a go. I was a little embarrassed and shy at first when I began. I honestly felt silly but I continued to practice in private and found a profound sense of self and understanding through it. I was able to understand, feel and vocalize my emotions without English. It opened a whole new way of communicating with myself to myself. I started to evolve at an accelerated rate and soon I was asking friends if they would be open to me channeling for them. I was always so delighted to hear how much the sessions would help them. One day I started speaking it to my friend who's a medium when I hugged her. She pulled back and looked at me with such joy and light and shouted Pleiadian! If you don't know who the Pleiadians are they are all about helping to nurture, guide and evolve the human race. I kept practicing and a year or so later I had the calling to move to Savannah. When I arrived 3 months ago I received signs that it's important I pursue my spiritual abilities and that good things will happen if I do. I received the calling to offer channeling sessions freely in exchange that the people I'm being of service to tell me their experience so that I may continue to learn and evolve my abilities so I may help others."
