Step into a peaceful, supportive space designed to help you deepen your connection with your spirit guides through a gentle guided meditation. During this 90 minute in person experience, one facilitator will lead you through a relaxing meditation intended to quiet the mind and open you to intuitive insight. As you journey inward, a second practitioner will move throughout the room offering Reiki and crystal healing to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and a deeper meditative experience. Whether you’re meeting your guides for the first time or strengthening an existing connection, this class offers a calm, welcoming environment to explore your intuition at your own pace. No prior meditation or spiritual experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
