Serpent Matchbox

A handmade black matchbox with a coiled ivory serpent, cream blossoms and green leaves on the cover. Inside are 18 wooden matches, and the box slides open on a smooth drawer.

How do I use it?
Keep it on your altar or beside your candles so a match is always within reach for candles, incense or a ritual fire. The serpent is a traditional symbol of transformation and renewal, which makes it a nice companion for new moon rituals or the turning of the seasons.

Does it make a good gift?
Yes, and an easy one to tuck in. It pairs perfectly with a candle or incense, and it makes a thoughtful little extra for a host or a friend's altar.

Why you'll love it
It turns an everyday tool into something you will want to leave out on display.
